Appletee was founded in 2018 as a Property Investment and Development company, it holds and manages a mixed portfolio of Commercial and Residential assets.
Who We Are
Appletee was founded by Brian Turtle who has over 35 years of experience in the UK and Irish property sectors; covering Valuation, Agency, Auctioneering, Development site assembly and Asset Management advice.
Brian is joined in the company by his son Matthew who has experience in Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Facilities Management and Property Maintenance.
Where We Are Going
Appletee’s strategy is to acquire and develop further assets within the property market and work with JV Partners to maximise returns.
